Never said it would solve the ripper problem. It would help weed out the people that create accounts solely to rip people. Yeah they could build up a little bit of reputation and then rip someone. In the end the only real way is to have a reliable escrow system, maybe even semi automated.

Few days ago i'd make topic about MP cashout/buyout
And today we can have interesting statistic 80%+ MoneyPack Vendors have as much MP for sell as enough to pay international debt of Liberia, but they don't need cashout/buyout service,they need onetime persons.Mb problem in me i dunno

I support the idea of having verified only MP sellers, that one dikermail said he sent me some MP that were meant to be sent to someone else and I got a couple - reps because of that, even though they were already invalid when I got them too. LOL
