Selling 100 verified paypals, with random balances, most are Verified - $0.00 USD, but there are many with $10-$100 + in them. I have them checking randomly.

I'm looking at $2 each in bulk, I can get thousands of these paypals. All will be verified, but I cant ensure email access. Email access can be arranged but at additional extra
