There is nothing wrong with buying MSR readers/writers. They are perfectly legal to use, in all countries I think.

you know kids, MSR hardware are not used for credit card cloning only, they can do other functions too.

You can buy the same MSR in ebay for more cheaper and new. Good luck OP.

Personally, I know from a fact that getting officially a msr as a private person in some countries is if not illegal, than suspicious.
Anyway, people buy from ebay, buy from tyner, buy from me, do whatever you think is best.
