i think this is bulls*it sorry for spaming your thread but paypal reverse the money almost inmediatly when owner call to pp and said unauthorize the transaction or easily hold the money i been working with pp in a while and i noticed the best way its bounce the funds you send from hacked pp to france pp to last account wich you want to use to cashout also have a high chance to get limited if you send high ammounts! PayPal with 800 or 600 depends on the country, well that its my experience if someone has a better method or tips please share!

if pp was easy to cashout i can assure nobody will sell accounts with 15k of balance, even to the owner its difficult to cashout the whole balance in 1 time
