I suspect they were the last people i let order codes. when an order failes or amex intercepts i cannot control it i can only re-order and give new estimated date. if this happens i always offered REFUND for buyers of codes since they are using one of our drops. This is part of the reason why i dont offer this service of codes anymore. No buyers of plastic have waited 8 days though. Remember amex works only m-f!!
