hi Ninja the situation in brief was i paid schott for a template
a week and a half ago
he could not make the template as he gets someone else to do that for him
he told me the guy that did the template had ripped him off
and schott didnt have the money to send me back for over 1 week
i have now got my money back so this issue is closed
