You wrote no rippers? Well in d+p transaction the only one who can rip is the cashier which is u.
It's not like u are paying any money upfront before they send you the d+p, but on the other hand , the supplier is sending you d+p upfront and so you get the cash and decide if to rip or not....besides I see nothing like escrow there, so the chances of you ripping even goes higher
