Royal, please explain to board that when buying bulk, people can not pick there bins. You send random dumps. The biggest problem with that is that people will get dumps that do not work in their area. You used to let people pick there dumps on bulk buying bro. A BAD change in your policy. But for small buyers, maybe no problem. But I would not have pre-ordered and sent my money if I could not pick my bins for the price you said. I only need to KNOW my dumps I buy will work in the areas my people work. : (
