what was the last issue date of the Romania Passport without CHIP


2008? 2009? 2010? 2011?

Romania has begun issuing its biometric passport on 31st December 2008.

its not correct 2008 ... its must be 2009 or 2010 .. i need the exact date .. thanks ..

in RO u was able to choose between passport with chip and without .. but i need to know the exact date

it still works.
but the non chip passport is " temporary passport" and has 1 year validity.
