Many people spend an inordinate amount of time in front of a computer screen, not paying much attention to periodic eye recharging or mandatory breaks. Because of this, by the end of the working day, eye strain and fatigue appear.

And since it is not always possible to follow the recommendations for maintaining eye health, you can start small - install the LightBulb application (https://github.com/Tyrrrz/LightBulb). This is a program that will help reduce eye fatigue caused by absorption of the blue spectrum of radiation from the monitor at night.

The main goal of the program is to continuously adjust the gamma, changing the color temperature of the display from cool blue during the day to warm yellow at night. The utility has flexible settings and has a minimal impact on system performance.

Hey, thank you for sharing the LightBulb application. Sometimes due to my work purposes is really hard to avoid eyes fatigue. Last year I used the special yellow background to write and read texts to reduce the intensity of eye strain and fatigue issues. The blue spectrum also seems like a good problem-solving decision, at the same time I'm thinking about buying the lens with the proper spectrum(yellow/blue) My coworker wearing the lens with the yellow specter he bought them at this site https://www.cosplaylens.com
