Under windows, Click on Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Communications -> Remote Desktop Connection ( click on it )
then you input ip, and it will ask for login and password after it connects

Option 2 : go to start -> Run, and type mstsc
same thing happens )

yes, if for example the Admin really wants to see who spammed from his computer, he can get your ip with 3-4 clicks
