I wonder if you buy lots of bin lists and then wait until there are matching cards from the sellers?

I have seen and buy lists of bins but I can't find a card that matches, do you have a method to find the right card with the right bins that match?

You can only buy NoN-VbV bins if you know them. There is no point in buying many different cards for testing. You can write to the seller in Telegram and ask him to sell you cards with NoN-VbV bins before buying them.

I don’t recommend buying material from bad CC stores that sell the same bases from suppliers.
Such bad stores are easy to detect if you search for the same bin.
The card you bought could be sold to someone else and quickly decline.
