Questions about ATM drops

From my understanding in order to withdraw money from an ATM, all you need to do is program the EMV chip and the Mag strip from an old Debit / Credit card with data purchased in the "Dump" section on a carding site ( ex. Briansclub ) and use said programed card as if it were a legitimate card along with the Pin number. I have never done this before and I was wondering if there are any steps that I have missed or if there is anything important I should know about this method? In my local area there is an ATM located in the back of a restaurant out of view and without any cameras nearby which has made this method appealing. Are there any security features which I should know about and are there any ways I could get caught doing this ( other than being caught on camera ) which I should be aware of?

First of all, you must find the EMV working software that will work in 2024, it should correctly record dumps and make cloned cards.
It is also best to cash out cards in another area or staff, and not where you now live in order to confuse traces in case you are noticed by surveillance cameras.
Dumps of cards should not be purchased not by your country, but by another country, but without regional blocking, so that you can cash them out in your country.
