Question about .IST files

So i just recently started emv. I think i have a pretty good grasp on most of it besides the .ist. Can I generate the IST using the info from the dump or do I have to have a donor card to create the dump?

hello brothers, I just want some clarification on the IST FILE please.
I don't get it , can I just save the file with the same dump ?
I saw some guys saying it need to be the same bin. What do they mean with same bin ? If i use the same dump it will be the same no ? please there's a lot of expert on this forum give me a answer. What they mean with SAME BIN. God bless thanks

guys i too like you i am a beginner in dump, i started carding for about a year, and I learned to collect the fullz and paypal, I asked questions in various posts on EMV, but no one answers you, in the end the answer is under our noses, just go to youtube and do a search on EMV, I guarantee you that you will find everything and solve your problem as I did .....

You need the original card .let's say for example your bin or original card it's 567040xxxxxxxxx you should generate the ist from your card and find dumps that have that bin (567040) . That is what I understood and I am also learning right now
