So, I want to learn how to use dumps and all that, but I see that some sellers sells dumps without pin, and I question myself how they can cashout the money from the card without the pin? Because in europe, when you go to a shop that sells electronics for example, you have to know the pin in order to buy something.

But I might be retarded, could someone explain to me how this is done?

some sellers sells dumps without pin

All sellers who sell dumps, sell without pin. If you see " sell Dumps+pin" ----> RIPPER because nobody will sell money for money this is nonsense!

how they can cashout the money from the card without the pin?

No one can withdraw money from ATM without pin. But they can cashout indirectly, I mean they buy something in stores and then they sells items in order to get money!

you have to know the pin in order to buy something

Not in this case, once you incode your dump on card, go to the shop choose your item, go at the cashier and then give him the card. He will see that there is no chip on the card so he gonna swipe it. After swiping you should sign the reciept but becarfull! your sign should match with the signature on the card.

So, does it have to be a blank card that I encode the dump on? Or can I use an old Giftcard, or a old VISA card that has expired?

Thanks for the help.

anything that has a magnetic stripe
video card, rental car card, credit card, medical insurance card, etc
but stay with cc/debit cards and prepaid cards
shit that looks nice

LOL!! what do you think?? the cashier is blind or fool??? if you will pay with a blank card the cashier will call the cops immediatly!!

can I use an old Giftcard, or a old VISA card that has expired

NO!!! those card such as VISA card, Medical insurance card or other kind of cards are usually protected so you can not overwrite on those cards!!

Thats why you have to contact a vendor of plastic documents such as Caliber...
Their job is to print on blank card the photo of a visa card, embossed them with numbers (random numbers we dont care) and put the hologram.
Then you can encode them and go to make purchases, the cashier wont be able to know if the card is a real credit card or fake!

What method is used to encode the dump onto the plastic? I assume some special machine is needed to do this? And i'm also assuming such machines cost a lot of money?

yep answers my question. i assume its not the sort of device that you can walk into a shop and buy?

tyner.com

tyner.com

Ok thats got my attention even more so now. Whats the best model to go for in terms of reliability in producing accurate and 100% working cards. I'm going to try this if thats all this type of machine costs :D

How long have you been using it for? To be honest i'd be wary about buying something like that from Ebay, especially since i'm also in the UK....

Does it actually have a legitimate purpose?

Im from uk aswell and i didnt got in trouble anymore. im working with this item since 1 year and never had problem with! its more cheaper than msr 206, but afterall if you want to buy msr 206 its your choice.

it is not illegal to have a reader/writer in the uk dude
but i will say again better to PayPal with the msr range
go to tyner.com he will not sell you the msr206
but as i said before i got the 505c from him and works perfect
most of those chinese one are very badly made and will only cause you trouble in the long run
go to the tyner website and have a look at what available
you can even call them and have a chat with them they are cool people
Cost isn't really the issue as i'm more concerned with buying something that works and that will last. Thats why i only drive Japanese cars :P I'll have to check that site out a bit more, the exchange rate sucks a bit for us now though :D

1 year is good going, i've bought Chinese made electronics from ebay before though and haven't been so lucky. :(

yeah i understand u... But you can see the vendor's feedbacks he already sold more than 100 pieces and nobody claimed that it does not work or its a rubbish items. Moreover he gives you 1 years warranty. When i bought his item i contacted him for some inqieries and he was very friendly and cool guy. I think you can go its will cost you around £90 the whole (item + shipping)

Yes i understand, i also see he sells an embosser which i would be interested in too. But i'm wondering is it even worth investing in this equipment in the first place, given the fact that all in-store retailers seem to use chip & pin machines only?

If you just wanna buy items by using dumps so dont buy the embosser... Just ask to any vendor here to make for you some cards and then buy some dumps and encode them with your own encoder into cards.

And yes retailers as argos, comet, pc world got chip/pin machine but as you can see there is another slot (sometime its situated at the side of the machine) which serve to take payment with swipe cards!!
So until today i have never seen any merchant who does not got the swipe system...

Oh i must check the POS machines out then, i only ever pay cash so never looked at them much lol. Who's have their own credit card when you see what goes on forums like these :P

As for the embosser, i was going to buy the complete set up, i think everyting can be bough for under £2k including the (2nd hand) card printer as i've been looking about on eBay :)
