Problem with Skype

I get this message every time i make a new skype account. I use the same pc, always CC state socks5.
It's riddiculous. I carded so many phone numbers with skype years ago, now suddently this message keeps showing.
What can I do? Message the support and tell them to unblock the account?
Any ideas

i think they have spotted ur mac address just yesterday i have c4rded skype no problem
i have c4rded this also spoofcard.com,accessline.com....... i use them to wu or cob sometimes....

try changing ur mac address thats the problem if u dont knw i can help u out...

because i have 0 reps
i cannot offer +1 with 0 rep, understand?
i dont think its a problem, i think that if you have, lets say 10+ reps, and you give to someone +1 rep, it will deduct from your own rep remaining only +9
i think so.
