Prepaid debit card drops

I want to order a prepaid debit card. Howver, it seems overkill to use a paid drop for this considering its just a plain envelop it would be arriving in.

I've thought about this for days, but most of my plans are either too elaborate or time consuming. There must be a simple way that everybody is using that I'm overlooking...
