try to find Track1-Track2 Of Green Dot Prepaid seller, it can be loaded from web by any of the MP sellers and cashed using atm anywhere. Just burn it into one of your cards if u have MSR and go cash it up.

If you read the greendot terms and conditions you will see that they say "We may block card usage in some countries due to fraud or security concerns." If your card gets blocked then you're fucked cos you lose all the funds on it and probably no way to unblock it again if you're outside the states.

I spoke with greendot live support and they said you need to get a personalised card if you wanna use it in the uk. They also said it will not get blocked.
