POS sniffer AES decryption module?

Hello,

I've heard there theres possibly exploits for verifone and that its possible to get the pin number before encryption takes place. Or if anyone can code some kind of hidden OS that can be installed onto the pos terminal while not making a interference to the current OS or over writing it, then drop me a message.

I can pay a lot for this, no time wasting please.
