POS skimmer

I have POS I bought from Krylon long time ago, maybe POS stands for piece of shit. It seems to work but when you got to get dumps off it that is where problem lies. There is downloader soft with it and it says "nothing found" or something like that. Does anyone know how to fix that or make it work? Or if you know how to get a hold of Krylon hit me up.

What part do you think is corrupt? The POS software, the downloader or the other part?

Im not too keen on this stuff. Im just pissed at myself for paying 3K for this POS(piece of shit).
