phanter had ripped me for 1 eu dump

i have made a order of 6 eu dumps,
from 6 only 3 worked and very small amount (not even got my money back).

i did not ask for replacements. but 1 of the 3 bad dumps was INVALID (card nr error).

i know is only 1 eu dump and in reality i dont give a f...ck about that dump but i think vendors should respect they rules and respest buyers as well.

so i am asking my replacement for the invalid dump, if not please ninja put a ripper status.
