Im wondering if anyone knows anything useful that can be done with these?

Can be used to shop online......any name and any billing address (usa i know of)
if u have the plastic and the pin, u can use withdraw cash from it using the atm
or shop with the plastic card if u don't have the atm in physical stores.....
also with paypower visa u can transfer money from one paypower visa crd to another instantly
