i know if there is big $ transact (500 more) on paypal verify with internet bank (ally, netspend, something like this) paypal limit acc almost immediate.
the question: if u add bank acc big bank (BOA, chase, well fargo, like this) paypal not block acc fast? all mani transfred clean, is wash 100%. last time i use bank ally and limit after 1k in transact and hold many other transact (no chargeback file from any1 they say acc is hi risk).
