Can someone help me by answering these questions please, thanks in advance:
1.If the original Paypal owner has not activated the security key function in my acc>profile>settings
but still has tel numbers listed under 'Mobile devices and push notifications'
does that mean owner will not receive any alerts from Paypal that a transaction has just occurred?
2. If I delete a tel number under the setting 'Mobile devices and push notifications' will owner be alerted via listed tel number
that I've deleted their tel numbers? (I'm not referring to 'security key function' in this question).
3.I have established a new primary email, If I then delete the previous primary email will the
previous original email get a notifcation from Paypal saying "you are no longer the Primary email on this acc"?
4. If I change Paypal pass and security questions is there anything to watch out for?
Will only the Primary email get the notification of password and secret question change ?
