i dont think there is a way to skip 2fa on paypal. Also you seriously think someone would sell a log with known balance? just imagine this:
someone logs onto the paypal log
sees for example $2000 balance
and decides to sell it for $100 for example? xD
sometimes its just natural selection

My old vendor sold me paypal logs with balance and they were 2fa bypass thats why im asking. The logs had like $100-300 and costed 30

It’s hard to believe that you can buy 2K for 100 USD, but two guys I know from Telegram said they bought PP worth about 3.5K for around 250 USD from a vendor in telegram.
I met these 2 guys on dread and they don't know each other, (at least I think so) on dread I asked them for help with these things because I am a beginner. We started conversations on Telegram, both of them said that they deal more with pay pal than with cc. I asked them if they knew any vendors for these accounts. Interesting that they both gave me the same contact from this man.
One told me that he bought 5 PP accounts from him today, yesterday I tried to buy it myself and until today this man has not contacted me again, so in all probability he scammed me. So beware of such purchases.
More or less, they both told me that they were buying a PP account from him with username and password, cookie, user agent, and all other data for pp, name, address et.. At the same time, they also bought a cookie, username, pass for the email address linked to the PP account. Both guys said that in addition to the purchase, they also get a proxy with a ZIP location, in short, everything to empty the account.
It's really interesting that I contacted these two guys on dread and they didn't contact me. I don't know what kind of coincidence it could be that the three of them would find each other and scam me
