And since you have already closed it, then the problem is considered to be finally solved. You will not be able to claim your money again.
That is why, in order to refit from Western stores and using PayPal, you need to take the place of a typical European / American buyer who purchased something of inadequate quality, or purchased a damaged product. You have to be indignant, whine about wasted time and demand, exactly DEMAND your own, because this is your money.
