paypal checkout

i been carding shop that accept paypal as payment. but now no payments are going through.
i keep getting error messages - payment cant be processed / choose differentpayment method / return to merchant etc....
would paypal block my ip address from transactions?
are they recognising my computer in some way?
in what way are they blocking me?
please help me out people!!

p.s im not using any proxy , im in uk with broadband PayPal

this happens cos your broadband ip has been marked bro. You need to use cleans socks for new pp account, clear history + cookies, check if your proxy is clean with pp..

instead of buying a new PayPal man, get a socks account... your not supposed to be using pp on your broadband directly...

pp dont know if you are using proxy, once you are not using a mark ip by them, or if you are using another country's ip to login into another country's pp... if you are using uk pp, you need a clean uk ip, doesnt matter any city or state. but USA, you need precised state clean sock. you could get a clean socks froms - http://5socks.net/

pp doesn't ban address. they only blacklist IP....
