You will have to create legal invoices to explain the sales, otherwise the payment solution company will not pay you. Then there are other problems such as cardholder complaints, anti-fraud systems flagging... sometimes simply the purchase address is blacklisted. And those things are very easy to leave traces, professionals do not take such risks.
