Paranoia is familiar to everyone who reads these lines. Negative thoughts, fear and anxiety at least once came to any of us. Paranoia and its accompanying internal tension greatly reduce the quality of sleep, mood level, and quality of decisions made. On the street begins to imagine surveillance. The hand begins to reach for alcohol or substances. Problems with desocialization and exclusion from society begin. In general, paranoia significantly worsens the quality of life.

However, this topic is very rarely covered on the forum. But in the personal account I was asked "How to cope with paranoia?" well, very many.

With this article, I want to help my colleagues and people who are somehow connected with the drug trade to cope with paranoia. I started out as an ordinary kladman, was a warehouse operator, a carrier, and now I am what I am now. In general, I know something about paranoia)))

1. The subconscious mind always knows where there are gaps in your security.

2. Self-awareness knows who you are.
We are what we do. If all we do is sit at the computer and sell drugs, then self-awareness understands 100 percent that we are DRUG DEALERS, and no one else. And dealers are caught, put away, they are not liked by society. In general, self-awareness understands that we are somehow separated from society. I don't want to use the word "Outcast", but in fact there is something close to it. And since a person is a social being, when he feels his isolation from society, he suffers. The level of happiness decreases, tension is added, it turns into anxiety and paranoia.

White deeds come to the rescue. White cases can be a small window where you are the CEO, which sells, for example, a sports pit, shows turnover and pays taxes. In this case, self-awareness sees " Oh, I'm a white entrepreneur, the owner of a successful sporteat store." This is a very pleasant understanding for the psyche, because society accepts this status with a bang, because it is easier to answer the question "what do you do", because the tax service receives a coin from you and sees what you do for a living. This reduces the level of anxiety and paranoia.

The boxing section, where you regularly go, can also be white cases. This is pleasant to realize, because playing sports is healthy, correct, and useful. Because there is a self - awareness "I am an amateur boxer". Everyone understands that such an identity is approved by society. This means that there is more sense that we are right. Any other correct hobbies will also work

Just as white matters can be your family, where you are a caring father and a loving husband.

With this set, self-awareness understands that you are the owner of a sports pit store, that you are a boxer, that you are also a caring father and loving husband, and that you are also a drug dealer. In this way, awareness perceives your DRUG DEALER part as 25 percent of you, not as 100 percent of you, meaning that the psychological pressure from this part is reduced by a multiple of the decrease in its significance in your life.

In general, being a versatile person and having good things to do is good for your mental health.

3. All substances only aggravate paranoia (possibly, except for psychedelics).
We've told the world so many times that you can't use your own product. Among the addictive substances, there are no ones that would reduce paranoia in the future. To eat xanax or smoke herbs is to borrow from your fortune. The moment may become easier and calmer, but in a couple of days the debt will have to be repaid, the condition will worsen, and the paranoia will become more pronounced. I don't say anything about any stimulants at all, they are a nuclear reactor consisting of harbingers of schizo and megatons of paranoia. The best solution is to live your fears sober.

4. Sports and exercise reduce paranoia
Since fear is just a certain configuration of neurotransmitters, any healthy influence on the neurotransmitter system changes its configuration and knocks down negative states. I'll explain it more simply. Sports are stressful for the body. When overcoming stress, the brain releases all sorts of hormones of joy, increasing the amount of serotonin, dopamine, etc. in the chemical composition of the brain. Thanks to this, the suspended state of paranoia is worked out, and as if it lets go. For the same reasons, a Russian bathhouse can be considered useful physical loads.

5. Mindfulness is the path to harmony and progress.
The ability to ask yourself the right questions and get answers to them is awareness. For example, something is gnawing inside you, something is uneasy in your soul. Turn on mindfulness. It's just a series of questions and answers to yourself.

1. How do I feel? - Anxiety, fear, tension, confusion
