while things are bad here in europe for eu dumps
can i get some sugestions on were in the usa is a good place to instore carding
what state ?

Well the best places in the US that are good for carding are the states like Florida, Californa, and other state where alot of tourist come. I do insotre carding in FL and it is great. They don't even ask for your id, and it depends on what type of stores your go to. The more expensive the things in the store the more they pose a problem. But if your a instore carding pro then that won't be a problem. large cities are best for swiping for EU dumps, Los Angeles has much high demand design and thing like this which sell very good around. But tourist place are usual best.
