I beg you pardon, TS. here is a good hint. Go open acc in local bank and see the bin, then use it, also ask your fam and friends for their numbers (i they good friends they will trust you enough to show bins ) usually works

I used a French 201 dump yesterday in NY and it worked for $2.5K . Classic US dumps usually hit for like $500. It's always hit and miss in this game. Doesn't matter who the vendor is, what matters are the BINs and how you find good BINs is by trying different ones out. Experience is the best teacher. Good luck.

officer, a good way is to google credit unions in the area you may or may not be on duty in. then look around for these specific bins and use them. most CUs have only 2-3 bins they use if not just 1. this works down south also so i am out of your jurisdiction.
