hey pal your hiding under a rock for months or what???? Now business is way more difficult then it used to be... Many cards do not work locally because of the chip and pin issue you know. Well for not wasting there time and f'ckn there brain...peoples that skim on these chip and pin region use a relative they know for cash out or they try to find someone who they can rely to for long term business on the internet.... Both are well happy and they get good money together and the risks off crackdown by cops are very low.... this might be hard to understand for stone age species like you....but you need to get your head out of your ass you know
