Salute, today we will talk about NLP.

Choose the feeling that you would like to have in a particular situation.

(For example, you may start feeling motivated when you sit down and start working for your business.)

Think back to a few moments from the past when you had these feelings.

You need to choose a strong example.

If you do not have such moments in your past, imagine what it would be. Use your imagination and create a picture in your mind so that you can feel this way.

Close your eyes and remember these feelings in vivid detail.

Now bring yourself there, and experience and feel these in all its intensity.

To enhance the experience, you can experiment with the following:
  • sharpen the picture
  • make the colors brighter
  • make the image close
  • position the images in a place where they will always be in your field of vision
  • choose words that heighten these feelings

(For example, "Yes!", "Shiny", etc.)

To add intensity to your feelings, create a physical connection. By doing simple things (eg, press down on the closest bone to skin [hands, knees, face]).

Then you need to release your "anchor" and relax.

2. Choose another example with this feeling and repeat the procedure (3-5 times).

I use the same simple steps.

Choose a third example for anchoring feelings using the same simple steps.

Analyze the time spent and the result.

Energize your anchors and see if your feelings return.

If the feeling is not intense enough, repeat the procedure.

Usefulness of the "Anchor" NLP practice:

Ability to manage situations and feelings. You will be able to control the way and time of movement of your feelings. Just by using simple steps and setting your physical anchor.

To gain complete control over your feelings requires constant mental training with your feelings. Repeat the workout until you feel confident.

You can link multiple anchors in one simple step if you want to combine multiple senses at the same time. Just repeat the above guidelines for each individual feeling, but be sure to use the same steps each time.

Collapsing "Anchor"

Very often there are specific situations or people in your life, which automatically cause you to have a negative impact on your mood.

Here's how to neutralize (or roll back) these negative Anchors:

Identify the situation that is causing you unwanted feelings.

2. Choose the sensation you would like in this particular situation and create a positive anchor for it (following the instructions above).

Think about a negative situation, then apply a positive anchor. Keep doing this until you feel neutral about the negative situation.

Apply this in real life as soon as possible.

People as anchors

Do you think people like "do" you feel good or bad? This is how it works.

You have a friend, a company that you are always glad to see. You are pleased and joyful in your soul when you see her. Why? Because it evokes in you those good feelings, positive emotions and good mood, every time you meet, you see their faces, hear their voices. It gives you a good mood and confidence.

Conversely, you have relatives who always act negatively on you. They play down your best efforts and see you as a loser and unlucky person in every situation. And you will naturally have a negative feeling when they are around you. Your self-esteem will be too low these minutes. Their presence, or even just a mental image of their words, has become an anchor for your feelings of inferiority.

Complementary NLP Practice, Anchor Method 1: Clothing

Clothing can be used as a very powerful anchor tool, and it works just as effectively in changing your physiology.

You can think about clothes, suits, what clothes you wear. Each suit represents a different side of you, and each side of your personality will be more effective in some cases than others. This gives you the ability to know when to wear certain things.

Along with the meaning of your own associations, the clothes you wear in NLP practice send and create anchors to other people. People will judge you by what they think about your clothes, and then only by what you say, or what they say about you. Keep this in mind when you want to create a specific effect.

Think how you feel in different clothes?

when you are wearing a dress for a gala dinner or a wedding,
when you are going to exercise, or just ride a bike,
when you put on your pajamas,
when you are wearing a swimsuit,
when you put on your favorite baggy pants
when you are wearing something sexy

Make sure the clothes in your wardrobe are the right fit and are business-specific. That you have the kind of clothes you need to be successful. If you find that you need to purchase some items of clothing, consider it as an investment in your future.

You can create an activity-specific suit:

A confident winner equipped for meetings and social gatherings.

2-3 "creative" yet comfortable clothes for work from home. Clothes to create your own business.
3-5 professional office wear
2-3 comfortable clothes for rest

Complementary NLP Practice, Anchor Method 2: PERFUME

The scent is a very powerful anchor, especially since it tends to influence the subconscious mind. We pay more attention to what we see and hear. And the sense of smell tends to bypass our internal censorship. We can make good use of this.

Do you know that the smell is firmly fixed in the memory and by smell it is very easy to remember something? The researchers found that students who used the scent during the exams, the one they used during their studies, gave them the ability to recall information 15-20% better. The researchers concluded that "you can use scent to control behavior in a wide variety of situations."

Here are just two facts about the use of the scent:

All high-ranking "authorities" use the scent at all meetings and important social events.

Inexpensive essential oils are used as an anchor for the following situations:
  • Education
  • Organization
  • Work
  • Connection

The aromas of orange and lavender are used as an aid to remember.

Complementary NLP Practice, Anchor Method 3: DECORATIONS

It is used in the same way as clothing. You can choose one piece of jewelry as an anchor for a specific action. It can also be combined with clothing, which works just as effectively in changing your physiology.

Wearing jewelry on your hands or wrist (rings, bracelets or watches) is doubly effective as it is more often in your field of vision.
