Only new dev I know is that people skim chip and write data onto magstrip and go shopping.

Apart from that anything new?

The chip tracks Is different than magstrip tracks so you can't basically skim chip and encode it on magstrip !

It is true that it is different.

But you can encode it onto mag and swipe it.
It works.

yes 100% u can get chip data and put on magstripe and then cashout...its called live transaction...each time the chip is inserted in a store pos to buy something the bank generate a new track each transaction so you'll need to hit before the guys use his chip another time at another place it will change the track you just captured and your track will be invalid...its a common process for who is working offline pos...for pos chip mod you cant do this so what ppl do nowaday they throwback rfid reader of pos so your card enter more deep and they PayPal a lil skimmer on bottom of pos who record stripe when card insert...i hope i have helped many ppl here peace all

So you cant make like 1000 d+p a weekend and cash them all out later... YOu need to cash them right away after cloning?
