Okay I get a lot of questions from different forums asking how I card eBay. I mostly card eBay for digital goods, this is quick, safe and easy. Some of the things you can card are:

01) You want to buy/obtain a mass list of eBay accounts with mail pass.
02) Next you want to check the address listed on the eBay account.
03) Now we know address, we can obtain clean socks5 for that state/city. I recommend SuperSocks or SocksEscort.
04) Now we check socks5 is clean for PayPal. We use kingsocks.org to do so.
05) Now we clean our LSO's (Flash Cookies). You can do so with CCleaner or BetterPrivacy plugin for FireFox.
06) We then enter our socks5 and begin.
07) Check your ebay mail access for paypal emails.
08) Once found, we can then try use the password and check for PayPal access.
09) Once we have PayPal access and ebay access, we can start carding.
10) Now we create a new email to receive forwarded mail.
11) Login to ebay mail access and forward mail to newly created email.
12) Now login to eBay and choose digital item you want.
13) Add item to basket and checkout.
14) Once item is bought, immediately move all bought items to archive.
15) Now we go to mail tab and move all new emails to 'Default Folder 1' folder.
16) We now wait on digital item being emailed.
17) Now we remove the email forwarding and leave for 2/3 hours to allow normal email to come through, this removes suspicion.
18) Now we rinse and repeat until we have bled dry the eBay/PayPal account.
If you bought a digital item which requires interaction ie. bitcoin or runescape gold, then we proceed to email the seller and arrange delivery of item, remember to move all sent/received emails to 'My Default Folder 1' folder. Most people will not check this area so the account looks untouched.
I have used this method to gain 3 digit bitcoins and a lot of digital items which can be resold for profit. If you are confident with social engineering, you can move on to tangible items and SE them to send the items for your drops. Stay creative. Keep safe.
