I thought it was impossible, its like your number in England, Its like your Birth certificate, your born with it and cannot change it.

When changing your name by Deed Poll you will be able to change the name on your National Insurance (NI) records to your new name. So when changing your name, you do not yet have a NI number attached to your new name.
