Since then I have msged him multiple times and even thou he is online in jabber and here on forum he is not responding.
also since then it has become clear Silence Locker code available in public (http://carder.market/showthread.php?t=68692)
Bottom line, if not full reimbursement, atleast the 450$ for installs (didnt get even 1 install from him)
willing to provide screenshots and details on transaction to staff.
