Someone from the USA willing to purchase a Green Dot card, NOT open the package, not mess with the pin or try and cancel the card reporting it stolen, etc after the fact (basically someone with integrity willing to make a deal and PayPal to it). I can help you come up with a story in case anyone were to come knocking asking about the use of this card, and since you will never be on video using it there will be no proof.
Filing a police report of your mailbox being broken into a few weeks after ordering the card should be sufficient to cover your ass. Or you could get a friend to purchase the Green Dot card for you under their name and sell it to me. Would prefer to talk about specifics within an encripted program such as gpg or pidgin. send me a msg/email if interested. We can discuss what would be a fair payment but you would be held accountable to not cancel the card, essentially screwing me after you get paid.
I might be able to offer you one or more things you could use or info, etc in exchnage instead of or in addition to cash as well...
