This store is 100% scam.
They sell money transfers - PayPal transfers, CashApp transfers, bank transfers and Western Union transfers.
They sell it for 5-10% of the balance. If they knew how to do this, they would cash out the money themselves without any problems, since there are plenty of proven services that can cash out these cash transfers for 10-20%, but they are looking for naive people who want to quickly get rich.
