[Need] Russian ID card

Hello I am interested to achieve a russian ID card.
No scan, a fake ID card that has very good quality.
It should bypass police checks, flight security checks and so on.

If you know where to get please tell me, I am able to pay good amounts.

how do you represent it?

we have both internal and international passports in russia

you need to have international passport to be able to travel abroad
also you need a visa to your country (if you're not in russia already)
