Need help with paypal

Hello guys. I have a little question. When i used paypals last year it was always succesfull and sometime i had a SM. Now im again started to using paypals and now almost always i have the "we goin to call you" message. I cant understand is this my fault in something or what? Never had this message but now it is on every paypal i bought. I clearing cookies, deleting sol files etc. Does some one know what problem is it.

years ago I was into paypal, and this was one of the reasons I just gave up about working with paypals... Too much shit, and even legit transactions get into fraud status. GL workin in this nightmare system lol...

call in is based on a few things

changing billing address
adding card with different billing address (even same state) than already on acct
adding card with different name than acct
purchase large items and ship to address other than billing
purchase large item outside of normal spending amounts
purchase item on new IP address or in wrong geo-location
