Need help with Macys credit card

I can place an order with the Macys credit card and get the confirmaion email. but after 2 hours, sometimes 20hours,the order got cancelled.

And ideas? do i need to order from the carder owner's Ip address? if this is the case, can I use a VPN to get this done? thx

IP must be the same city or at least near the same as the cardholders. Shipping/Billing address must be the same. I haven't has much luck either.
