Need help for PayPal Please

Hello guys im new in this , so i have one question i buyed one uk paypal so
what i need that they dont lock the paypal some sockets? or some thing like secure me ip thats what all i now so please help me out thanks

best thing to do is buy paypal accs with the socks use a cleaner to clean all cookies e.t.c before and a few other things but they are most important
