Need help for BOA login

I have BOA login, After add new payee, i make the transfer (below daily limit amount), and review that transaction, Bank told me "THIS TRANSACTION IS UNDER REVIEW, YOU NEED CALL TO THIS NUMBER WITHIN FOUR HOUR TO VERIFY THIS TRANSACTION".

My queiry is :

(1)What is this? how to verify this kind of transaction?

(2) what information is needed to verify this transaction?

(3) can i call to that number from anywhere or use callspoof?

Any help would be gladly appreciated.

3. use callspoof have background info ready
