Need Help Castoccvv loading

I’ve upload $100 to the Castrocvv site and the funds haven’t been applied it also said this below I went back and added another 50 which total $150 in all . Why isn’t it showing ?? It also said something about my account being

It says account isn’t sufficient anytime I hit account or when I hit support it says link not found
