Need help cashing out.

I’m not gullible and you won’t be able to trick me, just looking for some genuine help. I have cards and fullz now I just need a safe way to cash out virtually preferably. I would ship but I don’t have any drops in my area. I’ve been studying the topic and reading these different forums for a month now, trying to catch up. Any help would be appreciated, I want to feed my family.
