i am curious why people still belive such sellers exists

if they are able to skimm the dumps

you buy skimmer,blank cards,card reader/writer

FYI:
In sweden there was a TV-program about carding and fraud, mainly on Wifi-(in)security and they logged onto IRC, like Undernet or some shit and found a guy that sold them d+p for $100.
They got the dump and pin by email, without using it, they tracked down the owner, called her and checked if everything was valid, and it was. BUT shortly after, a BIG amount was withdrawled from the account (in Asia) so the seller was only reselling the information. The d+p came from Sweden.
