MSRX not working

When I open MSRX and Connect my Reader it says Not find the Device!!!

Can anyone help?

Try connecting the wire to a different USB connector or update the device diver.
If the problem persists, try installing a different version of Windows.

Maybe its because i dont have the msr605x swiper? i have some mini called Msr100 swiper
