MINOT Software - current version in Cyrillic alphabet - Need English conversion

I purchased MINOT Total from someone who I was referred to. He came through a few times for me and was supposed to get me the converter that switches the language to English. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this. I have searched high and low but haven’t even seen it mentioned anywhere else. Of course, the source disappeared on me. Any assistance would be appreciated.
