Get a citizen /53bank log with /without email access From any vendor, if possible with SSN + DOB + BILLING.
Login the log and make an account on "www.okcoin.com" with any email and phone no.
Verify the account upto Level 1 by entering victim's ssn dob and billing.
If they were right you will pass the verification.
Next click on "Deposit" and select any crypto currency which you like.
Amount should be less than 5k usd , then add payment method as "Link a bank account".
Okcoins will use plaid to link bank so it will redirect you to it, then search your bank " Fifth third bank" and click on it. Enter credentials then click login
Here it will ask for an OTP from email or phone no. Select email and send to it, then copy and paste it.

CAUTIONS: If u dont have email access, just change the primary email on the log to yours to get OTP and flood the main email. If log doesnt come with ssn and billing, do a background lookup.
